Before leaving our care, all babies must meet these requirements:

  • Weaned to a variety of pellets, nuts, fruits and vegetables
  • Maintains satisfactory weight throughout weaning process
  • Have "fledged." All babies are allowed to learn to fly
  • Graduated from Socializing 101
  • Received an "all clear" on standard medical tests
  • DNA sexing certificate must be obtained
  • Their new family understands the requirements of the baby

All babies are sent home with the following information and documents:

  • New Owner Information and Avian Care Guide
  • Hatch Certificate
  • Health Certificate & Guarantee
  • DNA Sexing Certificate
  • List of recommended foods
  • Telephone number to our avian veterinarian, Dr. Sam Vaughn
  • First Aid for Birds Booklet
  • List of toxic plants and hazardous household chemicals

We do not publish a list of parrot prices as we prefer to speak with prospective clients regarding their ability to care for a new parrot family member before the discussion of pricing. Please feel free to email or call us to inquire of our availability and to begin the process of possible adoption of one of our babies.

*** Endangered species offspring are offered to permitted breeding programs only - No exceptions.

The PayPal link below is designed only for those clients who have reached a purchase decision with us and have agreed to place a deposit/hold on a specific bird until it is weaned.
